Warranty Policy

Standard 6-Months Warranty

All parts sold by Shengbao Parts are covered by a  6-months warranty from the original purchase date, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and intended purpose.

 

If a part is found defective：

• It will be replaced (if available), or
  
• A full refund will be issued after inspection.
  

 

Please note:

• Warranty is void if the product has been disassembled, repaired, or modified without written approval from Eheparts.
• Parts used in extreme conditions or for non-original purposes are not covered.

Extended Warranty Options
Extended warranties are available for purchase within 30 days of the original order date. They follow the same terms as our standard 6-months warranty.
